I’m Ava, the founder of Within Yoga, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my new hot yoga studio in Delray Beach, located at 1876 Dr. Andres Way, #105, Delray Beach, FL 33445. The best choice I ever made is being a yogi! I live breathe and walk with Yoga. practicing yoga on and off the mat is a part of who I am. Yoga is a passion that enlightens my life. Yoga has gotten me through thick and thin and continues to do so . Yoga has strengthened my soul and has given me peace within myself, I can’t wait to flow with my students to assist them in this magnificent journey called life ! My vision, my secret, and my dream came true. I am now the founder and creator of Within Yoga step into my magical hot infrared magical studio, Yoga Rocks! This space is the realization of a long-held vision, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
